The secure messaging service allows you to send messages to the practice for general enquiries.

Messages are handled by the practice staff during working hours, and the service is best used for queries that require a non-urgent reply. If you have an urgent query, please telephone the practice or emergency service as normal.

View your medical record online

Automatically view current medication and allergy sections of your medical record securely on your desktop or mobile with Patient Access. 

If you wish to be able to view your full computerised medical record you will need to complete the application for online access to my medical records form which is available from the reception desk, applications must be made in person by the patient who is applying for this service and the registration form must be returned in person to enable verification, proof of identity is required as listed below. A leaflet will be given to you regarding information you will need to consider before applying.   

Acceptable identity evidence (one piece of evidence must include a photograph of the applicant)

Provide either:  Two pieces of Level 3 evidence; or

                         One piece of Level 2 evidence and one piece of Level 3 evidence

To register, ask at reception for registration.  Please note proof of ID is required before registration can be completed i.e. photocard driving licence, passport, recent utility bill etc
