Dordon and Polesworth Surgeries

Dordon and Polesworth Surgeries have launched a new, free, text message appointment reminder service.  The new service went live on Tuesday 12th October 2010.

This service will remind patients 2 days in advance of their booked appointment with a Doctor or Nurse.  This service is only for GP or Nurse appointments and cannot be used for same-day appointments.

Patients can register for the service online, filling in the registration form, or by filling in one of the hard-copy forms and handing it in at reception.
