Covid Vaccination Clinics

If you are aged between 18-39yrs and would like the Covid Vaccination please contact Dordon Surgery via telephone or email ([email protected]) to be given an appointment in the next available Pfizer clinic.

If you are aged 40yrs and above and would like a Covid Vaccination or received your first Astra Zeneca Vaccine before the end of April 2021 please contact Dordon Surgery to book your 1st or 2nd Astra Zeneca vaccination.

If you do not want to have the vaccine or have booked elsewhere then please inform the surgery of this so we can update your records and do not have to keep contacting you.
