Accountable GP allocation

All patients including children registered at Dordon & Polesworth Group Practice have been allocated a named, accountable GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that this surgery provides to them.  Patients can obtain the name of their accountable GP by contacting the practice.

This does not prevent you from seeing any other GP within the practice.

At the time of registration all new patients will be allocated a named, accountable GP and informed at their registration medical appointment.
