If you are aged 75 years and above and would like your Covid Autumn Booster please contact the surgery to book into our Covid Vaccine Clinics on Saturday 8th October at Dordon Surgery or Thursday 13th October at Polesworth Health Centre. More clinics will be made available and we will be working through the cohort groups.
