We request patients, where possible, to contact us online using the Contact us online button on the home page of our website for the following:

• Fit (sick) note requests
• Ask about recent test results
• Request a repeat prescription
• Request a Doctors letter
• Questions about a referral (update/status)

This will hopefully help to reduce the volume of incoming calls into the practice which will shorten the telephone waiting times for those needing to access help with medical issues.
