You can now make admin-related requests easily online using the options above:

• Ask a Question Send us a non-urgent admin query (e.g. letters, forms, sick notes).
• Doctor’s Letter Request a letter from the GP for travel, work, housing, or other reasons (may involve a fee).
• Referrals Looking for an update on a referral or request a new one.
• Update Personal Details Let us know if your address, phone number, or other details have changed.
• Insurance Reports Request a medical report for insurance purposes (charges may apply).
• Find my NHS Number Quickly find or recover your NHS number if you don’t have it to hand.
