Referral Requests

If you need a referral or want to follow up on one already made, you can now do it online:

• Request a Referral Use this option to ask your GP or clinical team for a new referral to a specialist, hospital, or service. Please provide details about why you’re requesting it.
• Chase my Referral If you’ve already been referred and haven’t heard anything, use this option to look for an update. You’ll find all the necessary information in this tab.

All referral requests are reviewed by our clinical or admin team. If we need more information, we’ll be in touch.
