Blood Test Requests

You can request a blood test appointment online. Please choose the correct option based on the patient’s age:

  • Request Blood Test for a person aged 16 or over – For adult and older teen blood test requests.
  • Request Blood Test for a person under 16 – For children and young people’s blood test requests.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and contact you if more information is needed.
Please note that some tests may require a GP consultation before they can be booked.

Getting your test results

When your test results come back, a doctor will review them.

If your results show that you need any further tests or treatment, we will contact you directly.

Please do not call the surgery or book an appointment to discuss your results unless we have asked you to do so. This helps us keep appointments available for patients who are unwell and need to be seen.
