GP appointments can be:

  • Pre-booked up to six weeks in advance
  • Released the day before
  • Booked on the same day (subject to availability)
  • Nurse and Health Care Assistant appointments are available to book in advance.

Cancelling Appointments

If you can’t attend your appointment, please fill the form above by clicking the cancel appointment tab or contact the surgery as soon as possible so we can offer it to someone else.

Phone Lines

Our phone lines are extremely busy first thing in the morning due to high demand for appointments. If the lines are engaged, we kindly ask you to try again a little later, once the initial rush has eased.

For general enquiries, please avoid calling during peak times. We recommend phoning after 9:00am on our dedicated enquiry line: 01827 892893 or use the contact us online form.

Important Reminders

  • Appointments are for one person only. Please book separate appointments for additional family members.
  • GP appointments are typically 10 minutes long. Our clinicians do their best to run on time. However, occasional delays may occur due to medical emergencies. If this happens, our reception team will keep you informed.

Our reception staff are here to help and are fully trained to support you. They may ask brief questions to help us triage urgent cases and direct you to the most appropriate healthcare professional.
