Additional Information: Available for diabetic patients to book in for regular checks by the Practice nurse to ensure there are no complications arising from the disease and to prevent any such complications.

• Additional Information: Patients with high risk factors associated with cardiac disease, eg smokers and those with hypertension or high cholesterol are welcome to book into these practice nurse led clinics.

• Asthma/Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Clinic

• Additional Information: Available for patients to book in, to have their medication and symptoms of asthma/COPD reviewed by a Practice nurse at regular intervals to ensure they are receiving the optimum treatment regime.
