– Extended Hours Dordon Surgery

_{We have listened to the working population at the practice and are offering appointments with a Practice Nurse and Healthcare Assistant out of our usual working hours as listed below:}

_{Tuesday 07:00am to 08:00am}

_{Thursday 07:00am to 08:00am}

_{These appointments are bookable in advance via the reception team at the practice only.  There is no provision for emergency access or telephone access during these hours.  For emergency access during these hours the Out of hours NHS 111 system is provided.} 

_{Please note parking is provided in the main council car park and not the staff car park.}

_{This surgery offers telephone consultation appointments to speak with a GP in the evening or at weekends.}

 _{Patients can request a routine appointment at reception.}

 _{Telephone consultation appointments are available Mondays and Tuesdays between 6.30pm and 8.00pm and on Saturday afternoons.}

 _{Appointments for this service can be booked for routine, non-urgent issues by the Rapid Health online triage system}
