Surgery Closed – 19th September 2022

Following the announcement by King Charles III, Monday 19th September 2022 will be a National Bank Holiday for the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II. Therefore Dordon & Polesworth Group Practice will be closed and there will be an Out of Hours service for emergencies by telephoning 111.
